Cancellation

Cancellation and rebooking for all treatments must be made no later than 24 hours before the booked visit. In case of cancellation or rebooking later than the specified time period, delay more than 15 minutes, or no visit, full price will be charged.

About the Academy

By.Dr.Ban Academy sells online-based aesthetic injection training where you as a buyer will be able to take part in both theoretical and practical knowledge. In the film material that is shared with you after approved purchase, Dr. Ban Danial inject on a model, but we currently do not offer a practical step for you as a buyer to practice on models. However, this is planned to be offered in the future and we are happy to receive requests for specific educations, this gives us information about the degree of demand. The courses are advanced masterclasses intended for you who already have basic knowledge in injection treatments and want to develop your injection techniques.

 

Agreement

In order to make a purchase via the Website, you must accept the Terms. After the order has been received, the Company will send you an order confirmation via e-mail confirming the order. The company reserves the right to refuse an order, for example, if you have entered incorrect information or do not meet the eligibility requirements.

 

Competence

Courses/training at By.Dr.Ban Academy is only offered to licensed healthcare staff in accordance with the competence requirements in the Act (2021: 363) on aesthetic surgical procedures and aesthetic injections. When purchasing, you will need to choose your professional category and attach a picture of your ID. After you place an order and complete your payment, your order will be reviewed within 24 hours. Information about how the course content will be shared with you will be sent via email. If you are not a licensed healthcare professional and against all odds still choose to buy the course, your order will be denied and an administration fee of 25% of the total course amount will be deducted before repayment.

 

Prices and Payment

All prices in the store are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT. The total price for the order is displayed before you complete the order and in the order confirmation. We reserve the right to change prices caused by price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

Right of withdrawal and refund

According to the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises (2005: 59) in Sweden, when purchasing digital content, such as a film, you have no right of withdrawal when you have approved the purchase terms and agreed to commenced delivery of the service.

In accordance with the Patient Data Act, we save our records for 10 years, calculated from the time we have made the last entry in the record. However, the storage time may change in the future if the legal requirements change.

 

Contacts in social media

You can communicate with us on social media and use our hashtag #bydrban and tag our photos. When you tag us in a picture or share information on our profile, it is considered that you have given your consent for the picture/information to be displayed in our profile on the relevant social media. We can remove the material at your request.

 

Pictures of you for treatment purposes

Before we use photos of you as a customer, you must sign and approve a special document. The images may be used to show the results we offer to other customers who buy the treatment. If you no longer wish us to use your images, you can revoke your consent at any time.
